These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of ozzilabs.com and to services purchased from Ozzi Labs LLC ("Ozzi Labs," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these Terms. A signed proposal or service agreement for a specific project controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Services
Ozzi Labs designs, builds, tests and supports lead-response, follow-up, booking and CRM automation systems, mainly in GoHighLevel. The scope of each service is what is described on our website at the time of purchase or in your written proposal.
Payments
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and payments are processed by Stripe.
- Setup packages may require a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due before launch.
- Monthly Monitoring & Support renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and it stops at the end of the current paid month.
- The Lead Follow-Up Audit fee is credited toward a setup package bought within 14 days of the audit.
Third-party costs
Our fees cover our build and support work only. Software subscriptions (such as your own GoHighLevel account), phone numbers, messaging and calling usage, carrier registration fees and other third-party charges are billed separately by those providers and are your responsibility.
Refunds
- Audits: refundable if we have not yet held the audit session.
- Setup packages: refundable, less any work already completed, if you cancel before launch. Once a system is launched, setup fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly support: not refunded for partial months.
Your responsibilities
- Give us timely access, information and approvals. Timelines start once we have them.
- Make sure you have proper consent to contact the people in your systems and that your messaging follows applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and carrier rules.
- Review and approve customer-facing messages before they go live.
We do not send cold or unsolicited bulk text messages for clients, and the systems we build include opt-out handling.
Ownership
Once paid in full, the workflows, pages and settings we build in your account belong to you. We may reuse general know-how, templates and methods that are not specific to your business.
No guarantee of results
We build and test systems carefully, but we do not guarantee specific leads, bookings, revenue or other business results. Any calculator or example on our website is an illustration based on the numbers entered, not a promise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ozzi Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, or for outages and changes of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms, and the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
